1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, coaching services, custom bots, memberships, and programs offered by InsureBotSolutions LLC. By purchasing any offer or service, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Terms of Service

Each service comes with its own specific term (e.g., monthly, 3-month minimum, project-based). Please refer to the individual product or service description for applicable start and end dates.

3. Payments & Access

• Payment is required in full or on an approved installment plan to begin service.
• If a payment fails, you will have a 5-day grace period before access to services, bots, or portals is suspended.
• Ongoing services (e.g., memberships, bot support) will continue until you request cancellation at the end of your current term.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature and strategic depth of our work, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, GPTs, frameworks, training materials, and bots provided remain the intellectual property of InsureBotSolutions LLC. You may use them for personal or business use, but you may not resell, share, or reproduce them without written permission.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

• 1-on-1 coaching calls may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Group calls are not reschedulable. Replays are available to monthly members.
• If you are not a member and need replay access due to hardship, please email [email protected].

7. Global Availability

Our services are available globally. All transactions are processed in USD and governed under the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.

8. Policy Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
