The listed pricing covers the standard build: one business, one location, up to 2 pipelines, up to 3 calendars, core automations, and one funnel. If your project involves multiple brands or locations, e-commerce or course/membership setups, deep integrations with outside systems, complex migrations, or multi-team routing, that's a custom build. We scope it together on a discovery call and you get a written quote before anything starts — no surprise invoices in either direction.

Do I need my own GoHighLevel account first?

No — your account is included in the monthly rate. You don't pay GoHighLevel separately, and you don't manage the technical hosting. That's part of what the ongoing fee covers.

Why does yearly skip the $1,000 setup fee?

Because a year-long commitment lets me invest the setup time up front without hedging. You get the same complete build; you just save the $1,000 fee plus two months of the monthly rate — $1,794 total in year one.

How long does the build take?

Most builds are live within 2–3 weeks of receiving your assets and access. Complex integrations or multi-brand setups may take longer — we'll set the timeline together on your kickoff call so there are no surprises.

What do you need from me?

Your offers and pricing, booking availability, brand basics (logo, colors), FAQs, and any existing contact list. On the kickoff call we map your sales process so the pipelines match reality — not a template.

What does the ongoing monthly fee cover?

Your GoHighLevel account, hosting, monitoring, and reasonable updates as your offers and messaging evolve — plus support when something needs a tweak. Bigger new builds (new funnels, new automation suites) are scoped separately so you're never surprised by an invoice.

Will I be able to run it myself?
