Questions About Working With Heather
What makes your approach different from other “AI coaches”?
+
I come out of 20 years in military intelligence, where clarity, precision, and systems weren’t optional—they were survival. I’m not here to hype the newest tool; I’m here to help you make smarter decisions, build simple systems, and actually ship. You get strategy plus implementation, not just inspiration.
Do I have to be “good with tech” to work with you?
+
No. Most of my clients identify as non‑techy, even if they’re very smart and experienced. My job is to translate between “AI speak” and your real‑world business, so you can use powerful tools without needing to become an engineer or full‑time systems admin.
What kinds of businesses do you usually work with?
+
I work mostly with coaches, consultants, and service‑based founders who sell expertise—often people juggling sales, delivery, and operations on their own. Many come from insurance, finance, or professional services, but the common thread is: they’re ready to stop operating out of their head and start running on systems.
How do you help me decide what to automate first?
+
We start with an “intel brief” on your business—offers, clients, calendar, and current tools. Then we identify where you’re losing the most time or opportunity: lead capture, follow‑up, delivery, content, or ops. From there, we prioritize quick wins that free up capacity, then layer in more advanced automations.
What are the main ways to work with you right now?
+
You can learn with community support inside AI in Wonderland on Skool, build your systems 1:1 through The AI Command Center, or install a Website Lead Capture Sentry bot to stop losing leads on your site. On a fit call, we’ll decide which starting point makes the most sense for your stage and capacity.
How do you think about privacy and sensitive information when using AI?
+
My intel background means I’m cautious by default. We avoid dumping sensitive client data into public models, choose tools with solid security practices, and design workflows so you stay in control of what goes where. If you’re in a regulated space, we’ll talk through boundaries and safer patterns before we build.
What’s the first step if I think we’re a fit?
+
Start with a short conversation. In 15–30 minutes we’ll map your top friction points, talk through which offer fits best, and make sure the timing and expectations are right on both sides. If it’s not a match, I’ll still point you toward a next step or resource that makes sense.
Why is it called “InsureBot” if you work with more than insurance?
+
InsureBot started in one of the most boring, regulation‑heavy spaces on earth: insurance. I built bots and systems that could survive strict rules and messy data. Once those worked, it became clear the same “intel‑grade” approach could help coaches, consultants, and other founders, too. If we can fix insurance, we can fix you.
